Northern Italian Immersion, October, 2027. 8 Nights.

Join us on a bespoke, small-group journey through Florence, Tuscany, and Umbria during the golden shoulder season of Autumn.

Together, we’ll wander the streets and bridges of Florence, soaking in the city’s rich culture and savouring the food of the Florentines. We will explore local markets, sip Negroni's gazing at the Ponte Vecchio & roll up our sleeves & loosen our belts for an immersive Florentine Pasta Class.

We’ll spend a full day in Tuscany driving through & stopping at Val D'orcia, Montalcino, Montepulciano & Pienza. We will enjoy a full wine tasting of Brunello wines in a Tuscan castle, stop for a multi coursed lunch in a tiny Tuscan town & watch the sun set over the rolling Tuscan hills.

And then its time to melt into the rustic charm and warmth of Umbria. There, full cooking classes, truffle hunts, day trips to neighbouring villages, and generous Umbrian hospitality await.

This is a slower-paced tour experience—an Autumnal escape steeped in food, culture, wine, and cosy indulgence, with just the right touch of luxury.

From Puglia to Positano.
June, 8th to 16th, 2027. 8 Nights.

Join us on a bespoke, small-group journey through Italy’s rustic, sun-drenched South, from Puglia to Positano — just before the Summer crowds and heat descend. Together, we’ll sail the Puglian & Amalfi coastline, slip into hidden grottos, feast on seafood, explore local villages and swim in the Adriatic Sea & Tyrrhenian Sea.

We’ll explore Southern Puglia's coastlines, then head inland to discover the storybook Trulli of Alberobello, stroll the whitewashed lanes of Ostuni, Monopoli & Polignano e Mare and uncover the haunting beauty of Matera.

Next, the Amalfi Coast. We will stay high above Positano in the little local hamlet of Nocelle, explore the coastline & gaze in awe at Positano on our own private boat, laze the day away at my secret local beach club & slurp Spaghetti ala Vongole with our toes in the sand.

This is a lively tour—full of exploration and flavour—balanced with time to yourself, beach days, and long, lazy summer nights.

Greece & Her Islands. Late June, 2027. 8 Nights.

Join us on a bespoke, small-group journey through Greece and her islands, in the sun-drenched early Summer. Together, we’ll wander the bustling streets of Athens, tasting our way around the capital on a private food tour and rolling up our sleeves in an immersive cooking class.

From there, we’ll escape to the island of Milos—where sunsets in Plaka set the sky on fire, a full-day boat trip reveals hidden coves and impossibly blue waters, the moonscape of Sarakiniko and the charming fishing villages of Mandrakia and Klima await.

Our adventure continues on Sifnos Island, a haven of authentic island life, where we’ll sample some of the finest Greek food you’ll ever taste, explore Vathi & Faros Beach, the stunning whitewashed village of Artemonas & soak in a one of the most stunning churches & sunsets in Kastro with mojitos in hand.

This is a mixed-pace tour—blending lively city days with the slower rhythms of island life, where busy moments of discovery meet relaxed afternoons and long, golden evenings.
